Thank you again for your patience and understanding following the unexpected disruption that affected your recent stay at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort.

We know how much time, excitement, and planning goes into a getaway, especially during spring break, and we truly regret that we were unable to welcome you as planned. While we can’t fully make up for that lost time, we would love the opportunity to provide you with the experience you originally expected and deserved.

As a gesture of our appreciation and our sincere apology, we would like to invite you back with one of the following options:

Option 1:
Enjoy one complimentary night at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort for a future stay on dates of your choosing, valid until March 31st, 2027 (subject to availability).

Option 2:
Join us for a complimentary two-night consecutive stay on any dates between May 1st and May 16th, 2026, reserved specifically for our affected guests. Plus, we'll give you a $100 Arcade Card to enjoy during your visit.

Our hope is that one of these options allow you to relax, recharge, and fully enjoy everything our resort has to offer, just as it should have been during your original visit.

Dear Valued Guest,

We are writing with a very important update regarding your upcoming stay with us at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort.

Due to an unexpected and significant network outage affecting our property systems, we are currently unable to operate essential services, including programming room keys and supporting guest check-ins. Despite our team’s urgent efforts to resolve the issue, we have been advised that service restoration won't be completed this weekend.

With this in mind, and to avoid a disrupted and frustrating experience for you and your family, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all arrivals scheduled this weekend, Friday, March 27th, Saturday, March 28th, and Sunday March 29th, including your reservation. Without the ability to make a room key, we are unable to provide you access to accommodations and therefore see no way to accommodate your reservation.

We understand how disappointing and disruptive this news may be, especially if you’ve been looking forward to your visit. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and it comes from our commitment to ensuring every guest has the safe, smooth, and enjoyable stay you deserve.

Here’s what we’re doing to assist you:

  • Your reservation has been fully canceled, and you will receive a complete refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

  • While we can't apologize enough, in light of this event, we will be providing guests' whose reservations were canceled a complimentary night to use on a future stay. You will receive a certificate for this by email once our systems are restored.

  • If you would like to reschedule your stay, our team will be happy to assist you in rebooking at a later date, with priority access and preferred rates where available. We will let you know when we are able to facilitate this.
