  • "I booked a room today to celebrate my grandson's upcoming birthday and received wonderful customer service from Ms. Megan already! I am so excited for our trip this weekend!!! We stayed here a few years ago for the first time during the summer and it was a wonderful experience then, and I know it will only be better with the improvements they've since made. The outdoor pool is perfect for all ages, especially the side for the smaller babies. We can't wait to come back again for a little winter get-away and birthday celebration with Country Cascades! And thank you again, Megan for your kindness and patience helping me book an unforgettable weekend for my grandson!"

  • "My family is here for a football tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. This is our second year attending. Our whole experience so far regarding the Resort, has been accommodating, welcoming, and informative. The resort has so many amenities for the kids. Including a park outside, ice skating, Put put golf, mining for gems, letters to Santa, outdoor movie, s’more making, just to mention a few. My children absolutely love the room. In the future I would like to upgrade to the bunk beds. Otherwise it’s very clean, comfortable, cozy. All of the front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Be ready to be acknowledged by all employees. I think I’m going to recommend to the organization that we inquire about a block of rooms at the resort next year."
