The location is absolutely picturesque, right by the river, and they even offer free river tubing, which was super fun! 🏞️ Our room was okay, but the balcony with rocking chairs, facing the river and mountains, made our evenings a great family experience. ✨"

"We stayed for 4 nights and our stay warrants a review! Never have I ever had an experience that was so memorable that i felt the need to leave a review but this location deserves it! From the minute we pulled in i was so impressed. Great location and layout and beautiful property. And then there the staff. Top tier top notch fabulous people. And it think it went beyond "that southern charm" a warm smile and lovely sentiment around every corner. Eye contact! As a northerner from Chicago area at first I was taken aback. This staff makes me want to be a better person. The General manager went above and beyond for my family. He himself came out to the water park to supervise the bigger kids slides just so my son could experience them. We were there more off peak time so we understood why staffing was low. But to personally come out to the Waterpark in your work clothes and shoes to assure guests we're happy was way above what I expect. And he did it all with a smile and energy that was contagious. And the cleanliness.....I dont know how they do it. You would think each guest was assigned someone to follow them around to clean every surface touched. But instead they maintain the property with almost little to not knowledge a cleaning staff is even there! This was our first visit to Tennessee and this hotel it self is reason to return! So for families especially with littles....book this resort. Your families comfort and your children's excitement is their #1 priority. All day long they have different activities in the kids area that the kids were heard and seen enjoying to the fullest. Those activities targeted more to kids 2-9 I would say. But gives the parents a break because they can sit on the sidelines and the staff keeps the kids entertained and controlled for the duration of the event. So grab a latte and let the kiddos go! 10 out of 10 stars. 100% would recommend. 100% will return."

"We chose the 2 bedroom condo with 2 queens and 1 king bed. Family of 2 grandparents, 1 parent and 3 and 9 year old kids. The condo was great loved the kitchen it had basic cooking utensils, pots and pans. We wanted a place where the size limits were not going to prevent the 3 year old from playing. Most rides/activities around town do not cater to the toddlers. We were pleasantly surprised that she was able to participate in all but the 4 big waterslides. There were tons of options with the lazy river, 2 indoor pools, outdoor pool, and splash pad with warerslides for the little ones. We stopped at Aldi and Walmart to pack the fridge on the first night and didn't have to leave the property for anything the whole trip. Both kids were able to participate in the daily activities offered outside of the water. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the general area. For runners like myself, there are great options to run in the area from the parking lot with sidewalks around the property. We came in on friday and left on monday. The other guests were great and the variety of kids and families there had friends for all ages and abilities in the water. The free life jackets to borrow near both indoor and outdoor pools was a great addition to make sure the kids felt safe in the water. The property provided tubes for the lazy river were a great option. The kids went to bed tired every night, and the kitchen allowed us to cook for everyone, even the picky 4 year old, maximizing down time and rest which is what a vacation is all about. For families that love water and have a larger age gap with kids. This is as close to the one stop shop for everyone to be entertained, and dodge all of the traffic and driving that would be required if we were to stay at 95% of the other hospitality options in town. With activities from 10am till evening outside of the pool from build a buddy with Kj and Jackie in the morning to gem mining and smore's in the evening it was a great trip. Thank you to all the staff and lifeguards that treated us well."
