  • ""We took a break from our usual hotel chains in Pigeon Forge and tried this budget spot—and we're so glad we did! It’s an older hotel but super clean, and **they serve a really good breakfast with pancakes, fruit, and biscuits and gravy.** There is nothing like sitting on a private deck watching ducks and geese play in the creek while the water falls over the rocks. It was such a peaceful stay; we've already decided to come back!"

  • "We absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so kind! We stayed in one of the "cabin" rooms, which has a king size super comfy bed and 2 sets of bunks in their own little nook. It was very clean and spacious we thought. Our balcony was on the end and overlooked the creek. Our floor(2nd) had an arcade and bowling alley which were fun! The food here is great and they do room service which was awesome and friendly! The Waterpark was perfect for our boy! The pool is a little cool, but not freezing cold. The nice thing is that the air inside was warm so you aren't freezing when you get out. The water slides for the Littles were great and even the adults could play on some of them. They do have life jackets available! The bigger slides were so fun and a lot of kids can ride, I believe they have to be 48 inches tall for those. The hot tub is huge and not too hot. Lots of chairs and plenty of towels! Everything was so geared towards the kids, but not overwhelming. We will be coming back for a longer stay for sure! If anyone has a question, I'll do my best to answer!"

  • "Loved our stay here! Rooms are great, very accommodating with large kitchens for a hotel! The staff has been incredible, KJ has been exceptional with my youngest and I during activities…which there are so many. We have loved the pool and fire pits so much. We plan to return here regularly on our trips in the area. It is affordable, within walking distance to many things and only like a 15 minute drive to more major attractions, and such a great family oriented place."
