Corvette Expo-Chevys in the Smokies

2025 will mark the 48th annual event that brings together Corvettes and Chevy enthusiasts into the Pigeon Forge area.   The growth and interest has prompted this show to now be a 3 day show starting in 2025.  It will offer Vendors, Swap Meet, Sales Corral, Show Cars, (that can just Park N Show or register to be a part of the judged completion).

We will still have 100,000 square feet inside the LeConte Event Center filled with show cars and vendors.  New for 2025, we will be using the upper parking lot (Mountain Lot) across the street.  This will allow us to expand and accommodate the growing crowd and cars.  But most importantly, we have 2 cruises.  We will still offer the Tail of the Dragon Cruise, but also a a scenic cruise that will end with a drive-in and meet-up at a local restaurant.  Also a chance to win the 50/50 drawing and many more daily giveaways.  Don’t miss out on this amazing show and come be a part of the fun.

STRENGTH TO STAND STUDENT BIBLE CONFERENCE

Strength to Stand exists to proclaim Jesus to a generation of students searching for identity, purpose, and hope.  For over 37 years, we’ve been utilizing evangelistic events to fulfill our mission-starting with a single conference in 1987.  Over the years God has graciously blessed our ministry, and we’ve grown into multiple Conferences, Summer Camps, Spring Tours, Student Missions and a Student Pastor Retreat. Each event is carefully and prayerfully crafted to elevate Jesus above all. We hope to partner with the local church by providing effective gospel-centric teaching and engaging worship at each of our events.  We intentionally place evangelism as the top priority in our events and build our programming to ensure that only one name matters most-JESUS!

Gatlinburg New Year’s Eve Ball Drop & Fireworks

Gatlinburg will welcome the arrival of 2025 in unique style with its annual New Year’s Eve Ball Drop & Fireworks Show around the base of the Space Needle at traffic light #8 late December 31.

At the stroke of midnight on January 1, 2025, the ball will drop and fireworks will blast off the rooftop of the 400-foot tall Space Needle with special music choreographed for the fireworks show. The Space Needle has added rhythmic LED lights to the tower, making for a spectacular display.

Live music begins at 10 p.m. at the base of the Space Needle on Historic Nature Trail/Airport Rd. Beginning at 10:30 pm, Airport Road will close from Parkway to Cloverleaf Lane. At approximately 11:00 pm, a portion of the parkway will also close from Reagan Drive to LeConte Street.

Since 1987, this free, family-friendly celebration has been one of the largest organized New Year’s Eve events in the nation, and this year’s celebration is set to be a spectacular end to the year. Nearly 50,000 people will gather around the intersection of Parkway and Historic Nature Trail at the base of the Space Needle late Friday night, December 31 to ring in the New Year. Partygoers will be entertained with free concerts prior to the countdown and fireworks display.
