Spend an unforgettable night with country music hitmaker Billy Dean at Country Tonite Theatre on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 8:00 PM. More than three decades after the release of his debut album Young Man, Dean is embracing what he calls his “American Troubadour” era — a chapter focused on authentic storytelling, musicianship, and meaningful connection with audiences.

With a career that includes two ACM Awards, a Grammy nomination, and eight Top 5 singles, Billy Dean became a defining voice of 1990s country music with hits like “Billy the Kid,” “Tryin’ to Hide a Fire in the Dark,” and “Somewhere in My Broken Heart.” Known for blending classic country roots with melodic crossover appeal, Dean built a loyal fan base across the country and toured alongside artists such as Alan Jackson, The Judds, Kenny Rogers, and Clint Black.

Today, he brings that legacy to the stage in an intimate solo acoustic performance featuring his Top 10 hits along with new material. A skilled guitarist influenced by legends like Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, Dean pairs heartfelt songs with humor, nostalgia, and personal stories for an evening that feels both timeless and deeply personal. Don’t miss this special night of live country music in Pigeon Forge.
